Beginner boxing class today- still feeling good even after the class. That was about an hour and a half of mostly padwork, it went well especially considering  I was running on fumes with only six hours of sleep.

After boxing I went to a grappling class for a bit over an hour- another new guy and myself just working technique, nothing too intense. Learned triangle choke, another similar choke, as well as the double leg takedown (and a variation) and defense for those takedowns. All in all a good day and easing back into the groove of things

First day back after a two day break. Went easy, only going to Advanced Boxing class. A bit over an hour and a half of padwork and sparring drills- worked with a new guy, so I wasn't able to puh myself as much as I would have liked. Between that and the nap I took before class I felt great, and was hoping to spar- but we didn't today, as class ran pretty late. Looking forward to more gyms coming in Saturday to spar
